Phase One: Coaching Engagement Training

The New FAST PASS process supports you to complete the training in as fast as 2 days with the recordings of live training events and Q & A sessions available in the Certification Portal and then complete the training exams for each of the modules with a minumum 75% pass rate.  

Phase Two: Action Learning Assignments

You will be supported to build and evidence your understanding of the key Engagement Components through the completion of a series of Action Learning Assignments to both ready and evidence your ability to execute the key engagement deliverables. Phase Three: Coaching Circles Practicum

In Phase 0: The Preparation, you will elevate your confidence and know-how to deliver high-value coaching for organizations using the proven process for executive and leader coaching that has earned QE a 100% client-company re-engagement and 100% client growth assessed rates for 20 years! 

We kickoff the Certification Program experience with a launch event during which you will get a chance to meet the other coaches in your cohort and to optimize the specific dates and times of our sessions together to best meet the needs of all. 

Phase 1:Training - includes training, practice exams, and an exam review to support your learning as we focus on each of the 6 Modules in the product one at a time to provide you with both an understanding of how to land and deliver high-value coaching engagements, manage the business engagement, and your own business all in ways that meet organizational expectations. We will target our weekly live events for Thursdays from 12:30 - 2:00 PM Eastern Time (recordings will also be made available). The specific dates and times will be finalized in the Cohort Launch Event. 

Phase 2: Coach Circle Challenges - you will complete 3 sets of 3 challenges in small Coach Circles as we review, discuss and propose how to address the Common Challenges experienced in Executive and Leader Coaching Engagements. These live events may either be on 3 consecutive Thursdays from 12:30 - 2:00 PM Eastern Time or all 3 in a single day. 

Phase 3: The Final Exam complete on your own self-paced timing once you have completed Phase 2. To pass, you must have a minimum score of 75% correct on each section. These exams support you to both confirm and further your understanding of how to execute the keys to land and deliver high-value Executive Coaching Engagements for organizations and professionals consistent with the ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics. 

Upon your successful completion of your Certification, you will have access to a community for ongoing mentoring and support as you begin to re-brand and use all the 100+ re-brandable documents, templates, and tools in the document vault you will download from the online product portal.

Interested QE Certified Executive Coaches are also eligible to be introduced to QE Coach Source opportunities to subcontract with the QE Community of coaches seeking support in the delivery of their landed work. 

Upon Completion you will also receive: 

~ CCEs 40 (23 Core, 17 RDs) 

~ Certificate of Completion and your 

~ Certified Executive Coach Digital Badge* 

Also available is a self-study option that provides 18.5 CCEUs (RDs) and the opportunity to earn your certification on your own by completing training and passing Final Exam Required to earn your CCEs, Certificate of Completion, and Digital Badge.

Coaches Credentialed by the ICF will earn the Certified Executive Coach certificate and e-badge. Coaches who are not credentialed by the ICF will earn a Executive Coach Training Certificate instead.
