As a successful serial Fortune 200 Executive, Ann Farrell led groups as large 5,000 and budgets as big as $8 Billion and remains the only woman to rise from entry-level to the top of the house in her Fortune 200 Company's 170-year history. In 2006, she "retired" to launch Quantum Endeavors, Inc., a successful Talent Development organization with over 15 years straight of 100% Client-company re-engagement and Clients' Growth Assessed rates. She is now in what she calls her Corporate 3.0.
With 45 years on all sides of the Corporate Coaching table, Ann's 3.0 is focused on using everything she has learned in the Top 1% of Corporate and Corporate Coaching success to support others to both make a living and a difference doing this great work.
