THE LONG VERSION of how I got here...
48 years on all sides of the Corporate Coaching table and 10,000+ hours of coaching for organizations!
48 years ago now, I launched my 30-year career as a Fortune 200 Company Executive at the lowest level entry clerk and remain the only woman in my company's 170-year history to rise from entry level to the Top!
I was 19-years old, and was offered a full-time job at the end of a summer internship as a lowest level clerk. I jumped at it! My success during the following 30 years was built on hard work and long hours, relationships, and genuine joy for the work I got to do. I always sought out the tough, high-stakes, firestorm assignments. My roles included Chief Procurement Officer responsible for the $8 billion buy and 80% of the company's expenses during tough economic times, the leadership of our first ever $billion truck development program from concept to market, and 28 years on the "must make it happen" Operations side of a Fortune 200 Company in the most male-dominated part of the Automotive Industry- Big Trucks, Big Engines.
My experience with executive coaching during my corporate career included two executive coaching engagements (with non-trained coaches) and when, after 28 years creating success, I was "outed" as a people and team developer, my last assignment before my "retirement" included full responsibility for culture and people as the VP, HR and Leadership Development. While in the HR executive role, I and my team were responsible for talent development and the hiring of executive coaches to support us in it.
20 years into my great career, an even greater gift came into my life - our son, Steven. The moment he was born, I knew I would find a way to be with him even more than my corporate career would permit. In addition to my personal experiences of executive coaching, when my son was just a toddler, my organization also included me in a yearlong Master Executive Coach Certification program by Senn-Delaney, and over the years, I also got to complete all the Center for Creative Leadership's Executive Leadership Development programs.
Since all my favorite moments in my roles were the ones when I was able to support others to "see and be" more of their full potential, I launched Quantum Endeavors, Inc., an executive and leadership development firm in 2006 and grew it to 6-figures in 3-months, exceeding my big executive salary within 3-years WHILE taking our son to and from school almost every day until he left for college! It has continued to grow in impact & income and with $0 investment in marketing.
In 2007, when I needed additional coaches to help me deliver for my clients, I began mentoring and supporting coaches to close the gap between 1:1 Coach Training and delivering high-value Coaching for Organizations through my products and programs. I have been supporting other coaches ever since to build, grow and scale their 6 and 7-figure businesses and invited the best of the best to also help me deliver in my Quantum Endeavors engagements.
Three years ago, I began my transition from 95% of my time delivering for organizations and 5% supporting other coaches to now, fully in My Legacy Chapter, 99% of my time is focused on supporting the success of other coaches. Supporting coaches full-time, paying it back and forward, and is a gift to me and my life every single day.
Throughout all of this work, and even more today with AI and coaching platforms, I have had a front row seat to the significant difference in the quality and impact of coaching when done by trained and credentialed coaches. Just as true, while coach accreditation assures the skills and ethics required to be a professional in our industry, the skills credentialed in are one-on-one coaching skills, NOT the incremental skills required to meet the incremental needs of HIGH VALUE Coaching for Organizations.
This now brings us to today...

3) Without my support, products & business building tools, coaches waste time, money and opportunities trying to figure all this out on your own! They also can get distracted by marketing strategies meant for landing personal clients that don't apply or work for landing business with Organizations. I support my Inpowered Impact Coach Community to understand the abundance in this $20 Billion market segment, that we do not compete with each other, and "one for all, all for one" support for each others' success!
