Your  Leaderhip Coach Certification provides both you and them with this assurance.  Being a Certified Leadership Coach communicates you know how to coach leaders at all levels to elevate their leadership effectiveness for greater influence, success and impact. It also communicates you understand leadership competency and competency-based development best practices. 

Certification in your Optimized Coaching Engagement product enables you to leverage your DEEP COACHING SKILLS to support your clients to excel in their critical "inner game" AND also support them to optimize their "outer" game as well!  AND while meeting the needs of their "system".

The first step in the Certification Process is the purchase of and agreement to the License to Use terms of the Coaching Engagement Product of your choice. Please note, the Inpowered Corporate Coach product and the Certification as an Executive Coach is the foundational product in the product suite and is definitely the place to start if you are just getting started in Coaching for Organizations. 

Upon purchase, you get immediate access to your product portal. It includes your product both online and available for download and training videos. Once you purchase the Certification Program as well, you will also receive access to the Certification Program Portal for your product.  

Phase One: Coaching Engagement Training

Note the dates listed on the main page to join the Live product training. You also have the option to complete this training through the recordings that will be made available in the Certification Portal post these sessions with mentoring support and credit for completing the training modules.  

Phase Two: Action Learning Assignments

You will be supported to build and evidence your understanding of the key Engagement Components through the completion of a series of Action Learning Assignments to both ready and evidence your ability to execute the key engagement deliverables. Virtual live mentoring support and feedback is provided throughout. This phase is self-paced to best meet and support your needs and begins directly after the completion of Phase One. 

Phase Three: Coaching Circles Practicum 

Once you have completed PhaseTwo, you will be assigned to a Coaching Circle to complete the Practicum phase of your certification in which you will practice the application of the key coaching engagement components with other coaches. Recordings of these sessions will be mentor reviewed with feedback and confirmation of completion of the deliverables of this phase will be confirmed.

Completion: Online and Oral Exam 

The final step in your certification process is the exam. Upon successful completion of the three phases, you will get access to the Online Exam. Access to the online exam is good for 90 days. Once you have passed it,  you will receive an email notification with the invitation to schedule your final Oral Exam. This is the final step to your Certification and your Certificate of CCEUs will be issued and you will also have the opportunity to be added to the roster of Certified Coaches for Quantum Endeavors Coach Source opportunities.

Once you have passed it,  you will receive an email notification with the invitation to schedule your final Oral Exam. This is the final step to your Certification and your Certificate of CCEUs will be issued and you will also have the opportunity to be added to the roster of Certified Coaches for Quantum Endeavors Coach Source opportunities.
