Ann's story

The only woman to rise from entry level to the top of the house in her Fortune 200 company's 180 years.
Ann built her foundation in the high-pressure, male-dominated corridors of the automotive / heavy-duty trucking industries. As a serial executive, she led two key operating functions - Procurement and Product Development - as well as HR and Leadership Development, steering organizations of up to 5,000 employees and managing budgets as large as $8 billion.
Her legacy from this chapter is one of a protector and builder - someone who fought for the positive futures of the thousands who built the enterprise, and who learned firsthand what organizations truly need from their leaders and coaches.

Having experienced the limitations of traditional executive coaching from the client side, Ann set out to redefine it. In 2006 she launched Quantum Endeavors, Inc. - not as a pivot, but as an evolution. Over 20 years, she logged 10,000+ coaching hours supporting more than 1,000 leaders across dozens of organizations.
Her trademarked frameworks and evidence-based engagement methods - including the InPowered® Corporate Coach process and Quantum 360® - yielded a 100% client company re-engagement rate and 100% client growth assessed, demonstrating that talent development, when executed with precision and heart, drives measurable organizational results.

Through InPowered® Coaching Institute, she has codified decades of success into a proven ecosystem where executive coaches, consultants, and trainers build, grow, and scale 6- and 7-figure businesses working directly with organizations.
This is her legacy chapter - using everything she learned at the top of corporate and at the top of coaching to dramatically shorten the path for every coach who comes after her. Less than 5% of coaches currently make a living from this work. Ann is committed to changing that number.
